The City of Philadelphia Department of Commerce seeks proposals from organizations (profit or non-profit) to provide technical assistance to businesses (from idea stage to mature).
Proposals should outline the types of businesses to receive services, the identified needs, and how the organization will provide assistance to respond to those needs. Examples of technical assistance services include, but are not limited to: business plan development, financial counseling, access to capital, and operations coaching for customer service, marketing, merchandising, etc.
